Place in its three points an element from your faith; an energetically strong trinity, like the Holy Trinity/Past, present, future/Birth, life, death/Roots, trunk, branches/me, you, us… Let the energy ceaselessly flow with the steady rhythm of the shape, feel and gain energy through the constant movement of the symbol. In Triquetra, I placed two stones, Citrine and Amethyst, to strengthen the goals of the symbol and for a more immediate sense of its power. Citrine is a clarifying stone that opens our hearts and souls to new things. Without fear for the unknown and with a positive approach to life. Amethyst supports this process, giving us joy and security. The two energies of the stones work together harmoniously and help us. The light enters from one stone, penetrates it and ends up in the second stone. Through the cone the energies penetrate and diffuse into the body.
